i was a NEET on and off. I have never worked full time in my entire

i work like 3 hours a week now doing stuff for a family member

I never really gave it much thought tbh. I just didn't do anything after high school. I never wanted to sign up for life so I avoided all that as much as I could.

I've been a NEET for 12 or so years, the timeline is hard to make sense of since the past is a little foggy.
I don't feel like a person anymore after this long outside of school, never having worked, and forcing isolation on myself.
What's your experience like with this many years under your belt, OP?
